Hi, i just bought Brave New World but i don't have much time to play, I want to skip learning new things and not ruin game by not knowing.
Can you please explain new things to me?
1. Things like:
Tourism, Trading, Caravans and Cargo Ships, Culture changes and Great works/Great artists and points.
2. What is the new cultural victory condition?
3. Please say how ideologies work

I wish to know all these things before starting a new game. Please explain in short

I'm confused. Are you looking for explanations of the game concepts or the strategies on how to use them?

Reading a little bit first may help. But the only way to learn is to play. It's like math. You can read about algebra in a book, but you will never understand 100% until you practice and solve some algebra problems yourself.

I understand trading now but i don't understand tourism. I think this is such complex feature ~~ It is most important for me because i always aim for culture victory. I think new culture victory is fun too but I would love it if we still had to build a project at the end of it

In the beginning of the game you just gather as much culture as possible through monuments, wonders etc. and you still earn policies with that. However, the policies are no longer required for a cultural victory.
Instead, you need to generate tourism points. You get these by creating great works and putting them in specialized buildings within your cities, such as the amphitheater. Later on you can build hotels and such which convert your culture to tourism as well, speeding up the tourism per turn. Tourism points count as attack, whereas culture is defense. When your tourism becomes bigger than the enemies' culture, you become infuential over them. This needs to happen with all the civilizations in the game, and that way you win a cultural victory now. No more utopia project.

And to prevent other civilizations from influencing me i need to keep my culture high and not spend everything on tourism? I dont understand ~~ Im sorry please try explaining

As far as I know, tourism generated from culture doesn't decrease the culture output. So when going for a culture victory, you should just maximize both your culture (defending against others' tourism pressure) and your tourism (attacking others' culture by your own tourism pressure).

In case your defense or attack is still too weak, you know what to work on most. Tourism can be increased by digging up archaeological sites and attacking enemies to 'liberate' their great works for your own tourists to enjoy ;)

it's not really so much about balancing tourism and culture (like you might balance offense and defense units). they sort of go hand-in-hand. you can think of tourism as culture you send out to other civs. many sources of culture either come automatically with tourism (like great works which give +2 or more to culture and tourism) or can be modified to contribute to tourism (look up hotels and the world congress resolutions). there are smaller trade-offs, like, the great artists, writers, and musicians each have two options.

one important thing to remember, though, is to build and add specialists to the guilds (there are three and you get one of each). they are each counted on a separate great person counter, so you can get many of each.

for me, i didn't really understand it until i played. i'd suggest playing the game and going for another type of victory at first, and you'll learn as you go along. (i went for a diplomatic victory.)

Tourism is separate from culture, it's not expended (in fact, most things that create tourism also create culture for you!). When you generate tourism, it is used against all civs you've already met. The actual tourism you get against a civ is modified by some factors, like trade routes, religion and ideology. Once your tourism against a civ surpasses their total accumulated culture, you are influential over them. Influential over all civs wins the game.

Outside cultural victory, tourism is used to exert ideological pressure on civs with different ideologies. If the Freedom player is generating tons of tourism and the Order player has little culture, the Order player will start getting angry citizens fast.

Sometimes I really don't understand why people are so friendly around here. The op is asking us to do his google homework for him. Why answer?

I for one have little better to do.

Not to mention the fact that this stuff is very poorly presented in the only actual documentation, Civilopedia.

I am a girl. And i know this is asking for doing me favor, but before the game was released I tried learning about it but didn't understand it. I wish i had more time to play and do "trial and error". I asked to explain in simple ways.
I read every post, I am thankful to people who explained it and i learned alot from it, and Im sorry if it offended you. You don't have to reply in my threads or read them
