Please help...I'm new to the forum

After hearing about this great game from friends, I bought it off of Ebay. However the game I received is in Russian, and apparently the computer system does not read the disk. Just wondering if anyone can help me and would know how to get it to work. The seller on ebay said the game includes an english version as well as a Russian one, and should work. Please Help!

What is printed on the disc ? is it just text, or is there full picture prints across the whole surface of the disc ? did a manual and Civ IV box packaging come with it ?

Can you post the ebay url of the auction ?

On the disk is picture prints....the text on the disk is in russian.....it came in the CIV IV disk case (like a dvd case) but did not come in a CIV IV box like you would buy in a store. Thanks for any help you can give me.

The Seller is no longer a registered Ebay User. The Seller history has several warnings from buyers about fake/bad copies. 99.9% certain that its a classic scam, highly unlikely to be a genuine reseller. I would go to paypal asap and do a chargeback to see if you can get a refund,it shows you on Ebay how to doit - if confused go to the community forums there, they will help re the method of claiming - but dont hold your breath re getting a refund ...
