Report of the day:

further eliminated 9 types of units: PBY_CATALINA, B24_LIBERATOR, B25, B29, P40_WARHAWK (+GB), P51_MUSTANG, F4U_CORSAIR, TBF_AVENGER, F6F_Hellcat

at the same time, eliminated all current production of units (9) in cities: MEDIC, FLEET_CARRIER, GEARING_CLASS, SOUTH_DAKOTA_CLASS, YORKTOWN_CLASS, M4_SHERMAN, ANTI_AIR_GUN, FLYING_BOAT, PARTISAN_INFANTRY // EDIT: doing this alone and crash => production of units excluded

and crash seemed to have vanished...(?) played 7 turns until February 1943 without problems.

Will start to have a look at all these units. Looks like the problem is with the aviation... Maybe it's about cargo space.

Edit2: doesn't seem to be your bombers B24-25-29. Thought that their iAirRange was a bit excessive (up to 18) but OK (BtS max is Stealth Bomber at 12).
Not your Catalina either. Fighters then!

I was about to post that it was not the Mustang or Warhawk.

Leaving 3 units: Corsair, Avenger & Hellcat.

Changing the art should not prevent you from loading an older save.

Two things:
1) I noticed that GB had P51_Mustang. Did you gift those to them? Otherwise they should not have been able to build them.
2) You can build "captured workers". A bit odd... I wonder why you have them as a unit, lesser worker?

It's also the pyhton file and USA_iNFANTRY_L change, movement changes, traderoutes etc. Probably why it won't load.

as for 1)
Yes, lend lease, don't know if it were mustangs though, i'm going to give soviets some USA armor.
2) i'll set them to 0 in the class infos. Maid them up. A lot of civilians were set to work in wwII.

Well, isenchine. You've been a great help. As you sais in the beginning, it had something to do with an art file. You were right!
It is a big relieve, i can continue with the mod, it's not nearly finished.

edit: Captured worker was already zero, so i don't know how you were able to build it. There are 3 kinds of workers, capt, normal, and skilled

None of these should prevent to load a savegame.

In the Sorry2Baked save of December 1941, two US cities are producing a Hellcat. In January 1942, one of them has finished it!

Hmm, somehow it did. The crash message was too fast to read it. But that's not a problem for now.
