Can I receive them in my e-mail inbox? If so..how can I do it?

Go to your UserCP, then options, then click "yes" for the option "Send you an email when you receive a Private Message?" It won't send you the message AFAIK, but it'll tell you when you get one, and I imagine that it gives you the link to it.

Yes, it let's you know you got one and from whom. It will also give you a link to it, but will not display the actual PM in the e-mail.

Another question: can Mods..or TF see Pm's?

I believe if TF really wanted to he can see people's PM's. I have never known him to do that however.
