Poll:Is there a need for a "ALT/ALTut(All Leaders Tutorial)"

I was wondering while i was bored(induced by having almost nothing to do 24/7 except play civ4/civ warlords ) if there was any need for something like the ALC games by Sisiutil, but more like a step by step guide with more detail, tips, and info to help beginners?

btw(mods) if this should be in a different sub forum(i forget what they are called ) please move this thread... i wasnt sure if this belonged here or not.

Interesting idea, but potentially a lot of work to accumulate it into a guide.

The pre-game threads for the ALCs contain a lot of good ideas for how to make optimal use of each leader's unique characteristics, but they're spread out over several posts. However, the following game makes it clear that doing so can be very dependent upon the map and your neighbours.
