Sure. Wakas have another nice property: they can be used to work fishing tiles and are cheaper than work boats

I tried to play Polynesia into modernity once or twice, never got too successful, what with high maintenance cost, slow research etc., though I might do better nowadays... Nuku'alofa goes nuclear!
