Ancient Civs Proposals

I don't know about any name but it could be a net maker? Available at either Sailing or Seafaring, double production speed with Cotton.

Since we have finally got Celts, Sumer is now the only Civ IV civilization to do not be represented in DOC (with Natives).
Jarkov had already done a Sumerian civilization in his former modmod Civilizations in Abundance, it was quite bugged though.
For Sumer I'm wondering how much space there is for it with Babylon around.
Well, it depends on which city is chosen to represent Sumer.
Uruk unfortunately can't coexist with Babilim, but Ur does (and Eridu as well). However it might stay a one-city civ. Maybe it could be merged with Elam?
My idea with Sumer would be that the Babylon spawn gets pushed back, so that Sumer spawns in the area first. If the Sumerian player is human, the Babylon spawn can be prevented by having shaky stability or better (like the Khmer and Thai situation, currently). If they are AI, Sumer would automatically collapse (like the Harappans) right before the Babylon spawn, and their city would turn into a hamlet.
Well, since Babylon wasn't important before 2000 BC, I think it could be a good spawn date for Hammurabi&Co.

I wonder if we should keep vanilla's UU and UB. But Sumer is IMO too important to be ignored.
