The purpose of this poll is to set the official policy of Fanatika as it addresses the use of Pop Rushing of Temples.

I voted NO. Too many times I've seen freshly captured cities with temples or libraries or both get flipped culturally.

I voted YES but it really depends. Pop rushing a temple results in an increase in culture and happiness. Happiness is increased two ways, by population reduction and by the temple's effect itself. This is mitigated by the bad effects of pop rushing but still ends up in an overall positive. I tend to pop rush temples when a city is borderline unhappy due to population growth.

I voted YES. Although I myself almost never pop-rush much of anything, I also am never so far behind in culture... I believe we desperately need the temples right now.
