i can not build any nuceler bombs like icbms can any one help

ok, you need 3 things to make ICBMs:

1) Discover the Spaceflight advance
2) Aluminum
3) Uranium

If you have all three, you will be able to build nukes.

You also need to have the manhatten project built, too. (by any civ)
