I think I've found a new bug, or some strange game feature I've not seen before.
I have a save attached that it somewhat confusing, when the player clicks end turn war begins with Montezuma even though you have done nothing to attack him and your relations with him are good as you can set up a defensive pact prior to hitting the end turn button.
Now it could be another opponent getting him to start a war but the message shown states that it is the player declaring war on him.
I've had a look through the known bugs and I can't see anything like it, but if anyone has any suggestions it would help a lot as it's a bit annoying.
