I don't understand your question, do you want to know what's the reference of the game title you've posted?

If so, it's a reference to "all your base are belong to us", a bad translated japanese phrase to english from the introduction of the game "Zero Wing". The game was translated in a hurry so it has some ridiculous bad translated phrases, but this one becames iconic.
