i dont understand the argument here. Civilization series ,as the name suggests, depicts the journey of humananity through the ages. Throughout history some deplorable acts have been done , some regrettable choices made etc in real life , most of them are in the game of course since it depicts history , or does anyone deny that fascism was never a thing or that racism never existed or that they were part of some of the most important times of humanity. Please enjoy the game and if you dont like that these things exist may I kindly suggest other 4x games that are out there.

Then why it's called fascism, not militarism or something?

Because militarism is not an ideology, obviously. Civ is a game that let you burn down everything and kill everyone if you want, and for some reason you obsess about a word.

IRL it was always justified by insisting less advanced societies were populated by inferior people, that was common reason for explaining why they were less advanced.

Yes, because real colonialism is theft, and the colonizers needed a way to deflect to not feel bad about it. In civ, colonialism is just playing the game the way you are meant to, by fighting other players and expanding your civilization.
