Possible to play a modern era start on Earth map with historic starting points?

Title says it all..
Tried to change the 18 civs earth map by simply changing the starting era in the worldbuilder file to modern, but that doesn't give you technologies..

The best would be to load the scenario, open worlbuilder, give everyone the techs and save as new scanrio. You can also add the techs in the WBS File with notepad, but i think it's more work.

Yeah, it's a lot of work.. if only there was a map script that always "generates" the Rhye earth map and starts a selection of civs in their historical starting position..
