Noshuret will complete its bank in two turns, completing its infrastructure for now. When the bank is complete should Noshuret build one settler and then start building military units or should it begin building military units as soon as the bank is done?
Secondary question: should Noshuret build musketmen, knights or a mixture of both? Note that even if Noshuret builds a settler it will produce military units after that.
