Unique Building: House of Lords (Replaces Castle) - Unlike the original Castle once built, City-States gain +15 Influence instantly. :c5citystate: and diplomatic missions will begin providing +10% more influence. :c5citystate:

Start Bias: Plains/Forest

Unique Ability: Workers of the Congo - Gain +1 Unhappiness :c5angry: for each worker however they yield +2 Gold :c5gold: and +1 Culture :c5culture:.

Unique Unit: Force Publique (Replaces Musketmen) - Unlike a normal musketmen whenever this unit captures a worker it has a 50% chance of turning that worker into a Force Publique.

Unique Building: Congo Market (Replaces Market) - Unlike the normal Market, all luxury tiles begin yielding +2 Gold :c5gold: once built.

Unique Building: Copperhouse (Replaces Mint) - Granted +45 Gold :c5gold: every time a new luxury is acquired and +10 Gold :c5gold: every time it is traded to another civilization.
