Pre-ordered in Steam, but no map pack Mesopotamia, Why?

I pre-ordered CIV5 in Steam two months ago. I can play CIV5 now, but I can't find the map pack Mesopotamia. Who can tell me where to find this gift map pack? Thanks!

go to advanced setup and select the mesopotamia map

should be in the game itself. mine was there under the map options.

You can also view it under Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\Assets\Maps
