I have a problem with this scenario. The game runs as there are no resources available, although they are correctly shown on the map.
It looks like all civs have no resources. Anyone else has this?

It's come to my attention through dagarrison that there is a problem with the flag graphics. Is anyone else having this problem? In any case I will try and edit a third version that will have the correct corresponding files. I've noticed that the UK and Russia still get swamped by EU culture so I'll try and fix that too.

There's only the WorldBuilder save file, no flag graphics in the latest download. I'd speculate that he forgot to include it in the latest update to the download file... does anyone know where I can find some flags to pop in for the civs?

I also could only get the world builder save file. Also the scenario seems incompatible with the Next War mod (which makes me sad as I would really like to play this scenario with the mod). Does anyone know why this is so?

I downloaded this, it looks fun and interesting, however so much is wrong with the geography. If one is to take Earth maps seriously, the geography has to be correct. Otherwise one may as well play Terra or Fractal.

Just a few things within a minute or two or loading it up:

Nairobi should be 1SW - tallest mountain in Kenya is north of Nairobi.
Seattle - check out the latitude, it is N of Montreal. The spot 1S of your Seattle is Vancouver.
Likewise, San Francisco much further south.
Caracas - no way is that spot Caracas, should be 2W.
Belo Horizonte - again no way - shd be 2E.
Kampala - shd be 1E right on top of lake Victoria, there is no meaningful city in the game spot.
N'Djamena - this is the most obviously wrong name/placement - N'Djamena is south of Lake Chad [2S 1W of your city]. If you like the city you have, if should be called Mao.

I could probably go on if I looked at the entire map.

So sorry to be a bore but I cannot play an Earth scenario which has so many geographic errors :/
However I am sure it is lots of fun if one does not care about such details
