Preventing AI from Razing

I modified the existing American Revolution scenario we're working on, map-wise, so the the units were from there. Both were equal though, in terms of a/d/m & attributes (which are still set to a very general level at the moment - so no special attributes apply).

I don't think it matters too much.
 
There have been many theorys on how to prevent AI from
razing cities. One theory is that AI never raze a city with
a Great Wonder.
I do not know if this theory is correct, but I have so far never seen
AI razing such a city. IN WW2-Global city-razing is a great problem despite
the fact that most of the anti-razing methods here mentioned have been
implemented in the latest version.

Thus in the next version I will place some 30 Great Wonders with
the only function to prevent AI from razing cities.
