I think a few people have noticed that the AI only seems to load boats when they are in cities.

Even once a boat drops off a unit and the unit is finished it's mission, they are never picked up, they will either get disbanded or will be teleported when asked to leave.

Starting to work on the final graphics for the canals now that the mechanics are all figured out. Maybe adding some cranes and some fences, maybe some concrete sections.

There are 8 different tiles that could be modded, any ideas welcome.

If anyone wants to contribute any graphics, that would be great as well.

Intend on replacing all those walls that I have been using as filler.
 
it's looking pretty good =)
some gates would be cool but that might be alittle hard to do =/
