Hello,

EDIT this wonder is now posted link ==> http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=96963

Here is a preview of The most famous of all Irish prehistoric monuments: Newgrange.( I took the comment in an irish website ;) )

Newgrange was originally built about 3100 BC and today is in a much restored form. It consists of a vast stone and turf mound about 85m (280ft) in diameter and 13,5m (44ft) high, containing a passage leading to a burial chamber. Outside the base, 12 out of the original estimated 38 large boulders up to 2.4m (8ft) high form a ring of about 104m (340ft) in diameter. The stone circle was built about 1000 years later than the original structure, dating probably from the Beaker period.

Your comments and advices are welcome before I make the files for the game ...

Sorry but I don't see a preview...
unless the description is the preview?

If I was you I'd just do a picture of the entrance, as its probably the most distinctive feature...
Can't wait to see it.
You really are doing a lot of Celtic stuff recently.

I looks good Frenchman. What will it be used for? Perhaps something associated with Ceremonial Burial? A "makes x people happy in the city" type of wonder?

Yes! yes ! I think so ... It's good to associate it to ceremonial burial because it's at the early beginning of the game like the wonder is just after 4000 BC which is the beginning ==> result would be happyness

Finally, You are taking into account my request for Newgrange, :D,here's a Civilopedia entry...

The tombs at Newgrange are built inside a huge, grassy mound of earth. The tomb, while enourmous, only held the bodies of five people, probably royalty or maybe even five regular people killed for religious reasons. This tomb must have been extremely important to the ancient Celts, as most of the stones were not local. Some came from up to 50 miles away, and bringing and assembling so many stones from so far away required extremely large amounts of men, and an equally large amount of brainpower. It is estimated that it was made about the sime time as Knowth, Dowth and Stonehenge.
A spactacular thing happens at Newgrange around the Winter Solitice in the morning, a narrow gap made at the front of Newgrange allows light to pour in and light up the otherwise dark burial chamber. People flock to see the phenomenon every year, even to this day.
The mystery of Newgrange will probably never be completely understood, but it makes it just that much more mysterious and awe inspiring to see.

Whew, that took a while, :crazyeye:. Hope this is good enough, Frenchman. Sorry for any spelling errors, (I'm only 11, even though I got 6th in the area spelling bee, I can still make mistakes) other than that, I think I did a pretty good job with the pedia.
