Prócer is the cavalry corp. of Simon Bolivar, one of the fathers of the libertation of South America. Like San Martin leaded the Granadero a Caballo in souther regions, Bolivar lead Prócer in norther ones and they fought toghter in nowadays Bolivia in the final battle against the Spanish.

Hmm... this name isnt right... I'd probably use the name Procer in some kind of Army substitute, but never as the name of an unit... a Procer was a single person who did a lot to lead and fight for the independence of some country, like San Martin, Artigas, Bolivar...

A Colombian player told me the names was that, before it, I was using Campañas Admirables, the name of the military campains in Gran Colombia in Independece Time. Maybe the person Prócer give his name to the corp :D I think Prócer is the correct name, but if someone knows other name that could be used to Bolivar cavalry

Nah... that cant be right... it would be calling the Cavalry something like "Leader"... a lot of people cant be named after a singular name.. Also Campañas Admirables isnt right, again cause it's calling some Cavalry units a Campaign... you could try naming it Campañas Admirables Cavalry (or Caballeria de las Campañas Admirables), which would sound much better

The unit is available to download in http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?p=2316134#post2316134 , if people wanna download it with its own civilization (Venezuelans), please, use my sign to find its link.

@Jorde: the name continues Prócer, but I'll check it and maybe in ACM I can use other name to the same unit. I based my choice in the opinion of the Colombian guy. If there is any player of this region reading this post right now, I'd be great his opinion :)

I just go out for a week and you start another unit pack! :D

Which units are next? :)

Hi! I stop the Brazilian pack, cos I must do the units of American Continent Mod, the Brazilian ones that I'll need for this mod are ready. Right now I'm redoing the Tupi units that will be used in A.C.M. , preview in few hours :D

Something about the headdress in the unnamed blowgunman bugs me. It jsut doesn't look right but I can't really say why.

Its too Northern Native American. Meso Americans and South Americans had tropical bird feathers(think Rainbow headresses).

Yeah.. thats it... The Swog got it on the nose.

Some animal feather in South America looks like the Eagle feather used by some tribes of North America, it is not exactly, but I don't have a free better model. Here comes more one restored unit:

Unit: Piroga

I'm going to export these three units right now

I hate to nitpick, but I'll have to this time:

* I agree with everyone else who said they are too red.. Native Americans werent red at all, but a bit tanned (maybe not as much as the Cave Man)

* I still dont like how the archer "slides" when moving to his attack position, or when he fortifies. He should instead move one foot to the front in order to finish in the same position he is now.

* The Zarabatana guy is too stiff in his death anim, making it look a bit unrealistic. He should fall more like the archer or any other unit. Also his headress is a bit out of place, but I can live with that. (I'd prefer it if he didnt have any at all, just black hair)

* I hope the piroga isnt as big as it looks in the previews... it would be ridiculous having it the same size of a galleon... it should be quite small, as a curragh, or perhaps as the Haida canoe.

They are however a great improvement over your previous versions. The Canoe death is quite good this time, as is the Archer's death.
