Privacy Policy - Please Tell me I'm just being stupid

Since updating to 1.1.0 (desktop & playing founders edition) every time or two that I go back to the main menu, a 2-page privacy Policy pops up requiring I re-agree before continuing. About every 4th or so time a get the popup, the second page won't accept my click and eventually tells me I can't play the game if I don't accept

Am I high? Did I forget to do something and it's specific to me or is this a thing?

Same here, it’s stuck on the privacy screen on Xbox Series X/S. makes the game unplayable.
