Problem After Installing 1.22 Patch

I installed the 1.22 patch for Conquests, and now whenever I put the disc in and start up Conquests, it says the wrong disc is in and please insert the correct Civilzation 3 Conquests Disc...

Make sure it's not a problem with the general D drive. I've had that happen to me before.

I have the same problem on my Linux machine
