Hey all,
Ok, I was playing jdog's revolution mod for warlords with my tweaked xml. Playing as Korea the Aztecs declared war on me. Now I've tweaked the Jaguar unit so that it is invisible to other civs. Anyway, I've got a stack of 6 units (2 Longbowman, 2 archers, an axeman and a spearman) defending the city one turn, next turn the city has become Aztec with no combat and my units defending the city have been lost. Ironically, the city changed hands each turn for the next 4 turns however the point is...how could they Aztecs take my city without entering combat with any of the units defending the city?
Now to make the Jaguar units invisible, I've changed the following
<bInvisible>1</bInvisible>
this was before modification
<bInvisible>0</bInvisible>
I know that there was atleast one Jaguar in the vicinity of the city in question (as the previous turn, one successfully attacked an axeman next to the city and in the turns following this event atleast two Jaguars attacked some of my war elephants).
I doubt it was revolution mod related - Aztecs had no claim on that city (100% Korean) and the city was "safe" from revolution.
Anyway I'm thinking that this was related to <bInvisible>1</bInvisible> command but I'm hoping its not because I think some invisible units adds new strategies to the game.
PS - not filed in bug reports because I think its mod related and not a game bug...feel free to shift...
