Problem when creating civilization (BtS)

Hi!
Tried to create my first civilization (Sahrawi/Western Sahara), but everytime I start a game with them the game crashes, without any error messages (other than "Civilization IV has encountered a problem..").

It can be downloaded here, if you want to look at it.

Could anybody help?

EDIT: No problem anymore, fixed it.

This forum is only for completed civilizations, other threads should be in the main Creation & Coustimization forum.

But I should take a look at your civilization and see if I can find what's wrong.
