Problem with installlion of MTW 2

Hi. I had to uninstall my game a few weeks ago and am now re-installing it on my computer. I installed the MTW 2 disc and the kingdoms disc, yet whenever I try and play the game it tells me d3dx9_30.dll is missing. What is wrong?

It's a problem with DirectX and your video drivers, I think. Take a look in this thread and see if that helps.
