Problem with MP3 Files...

Hey guys, just bought the game last night and it's awesome, but I have a problem in certain parts of the game. I did a search, and couldn't find anything relating to the problem. It looks as though the game is loading up properly and it plays some music. But when I click on another civ's person and tell them to take me to their leader. I get a promt saying "File not found...Could not locate Sounds/Diplomusic/Dipeulatepeace.mp3" And then the game crashes. I tried to locate the Diplomusic folder, but couldn't. I'm thinking of returning it to try to see if it is a bad disk. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The /sound/diplomusic folder is off the root of Civ III not Conquest. The file that you are looking for should be in their and is installed from the original Civ III CD.
