Problem with the size of maps!

I'm guessing you are not a native English speaker... that's OK but your first post was almost impossible to understand. 
I think what you are saying is: whatever map size I choose I always seem to get the smallest one, why?
I don't have an answer for you except to ask if you have actually played some games through to the end? All starting maps look very small when you start a game - you won't see the real size of your world until much later on in the game when you have researched the right techs and have centred the map (with Calendar tech I think) and/or traded maps with other civs.
