Problem with unit upgrades

So.. after installing the 1.52 patch I am having trouble with unit upgrades, notably the Combat upgrades. I have a few Keshiks that I have unit upgrades applied to and they are at 6 strength. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm also wondering if for some reason Keshiks can't upgrade their strength, because the other upgrades seem to work fine, and the Combat upgrade works with non-tribe specific units. Thanks for any help.

- Actually, I checked up on it, and the Combat upgrades don't work with any units.
