Problems with Bat, Bull & Bug

Hello, this is my first post.

I have just installed BTS, downloaded the newest patch and after installed the bat bull & bug, because i have seen interesting options as civalerts & advanced combat odds. Also installed Buffy 3.19.001

After all this i can play private games and nobles club downloaded games, but i am not able to run "games of the month"downloaded from the forums or even scenarios or mods such as afterworld that are in included in the original DVD.

Is this normal? What am i doing wrong? Probably i am not installing correctly the Bug, Bull & bat software. Do i have to run the three of them? In a certain order?

Bat is broken, it crashes. There are multiple threads on that in the BUG forums.

phungus is correct that BAT 2.1 has serious problems right now and should not be used.
