production panels recommendation

hi, everyone, I'm using Concise UI and I'm trying to add back in the recommendations to the production panel,
But I'm new to modding civ 6 and I don't know the file or code to change and I wanted to change the recommendation icons to a color so instead of the icon being there the panel is a color. like the Advisor to white, civic to a blue color, and so on.
any help would be appreciated.

so no one knows how to do this, ok, how about replacing the production panel recommendation icon with the civic and tec recommendation icons?

so what about the block that the recommendations are on be a different color instead of the icons?
