Program that makes curved text?

Anybody know a program where I can edit this image to have the text curve with the image?

You could use Microsoft Word-art (included in MS Word) and make the text like you wish. Then take a screenshot of it, make the background transparent, and paste it on the banner.

Photoshop 6 or 7. I think possibly 5 as well.

i have photoshop 6, but i have no idea how to curve it makes me feel kinda dumb since i've been using photoshop for 8 years!

man, it's the worst website i've ever made. they WANT it crappy. it's killing me to make a website that looks like a beginner made it. with my experience i could set them up with a beautiful website but noooooooooooooooo....
