You guys might want to check this out,Its a Sauron armor, that can be used as a leaderhead with permission from author. It can be easily converted, just rig it to a leaderheads skeleton unless oblivions skeleton system as Civ 4. Anyway, heres the link, hope you get it into CIV:

Also ther are alot of LOTR stuff on that stuff that are waiting to be found, as the days passes more LOTR stuff are uploaded. Good luck with your mod.

good news: most shadow art is changed (thanks to kael and the FFH team and a few random modelers on the forum...)

Bad News: still ctd, but now, during the initiation screen, it tells me that it does not recognize LEADER_ in the civ4diplomacyinfo.XML

Bad news: the computer where I'm modding is offline for undetermined time, so I can't put the pieces together.

Well, as the game doesn't initializes (I corrected the error displayed, but still ctd), we don't have any screenshots. We already have one of the main screen (on earlier pages) and perhaps we could take some screenshots of the pedia, but I don't have Internet and civ on the same PC, so I can't do anything.

Well, we are about to release a playable version since we finished the civs, but not even we can play it now (still crashes to desktop), so we are continuing with another areas while trying to find the bug and correct it. We can fix it tomorrow, or we can take several monthes, none can say how much time it will take.

Aye, we are doing the techs right now, adding new buildings and the such, but that damn bug is impossible to find.

Well, I think it would make most sense to tweak all the "modern" civics as there are no aequivalents in the world of Arda. Barbarism and Hereditary Rule are okay in the Government section, but Representation, Police State and Universal Suffrage should be replaced. Suggestions:

Representation replaced by Council of Chieftains, effects: same as Representation

Police State replaced by Oath of Fëanor, effects: +35% military production, -70% War Weariness, -25% per city

Universal Suffrage replaced by Law of Mandos, effects: same as Universal Suffrage

The Legal and Labour section can stay as they are, in the economic section State Property and Environmentalism should be replaced.

State Property replaced by The Palantíri, effects: same as State Property

Environmentalism replaced by Law of the Ents, effects: same as Environmentalism, upkeep: Low

In the religios section there should be some connections to the Valar and to Morgoth, maybe Monotheism could be replaced by Faith of Morgoth, with +35% production and -2 happiness per city. Free Religion could stand for Faith of the Valar, with same or slightly better effects.

On another note the trait "Wise" seems awfully powerful - Saruman will spawn wonders and GP's in no time (add the building of the Parthenon or the Arda aequivalent and "Wise" is actually "Industrious" + "Philosophical" until Chemistry...) ...
