Promotion Bug

Whenever I start a game (GEM 1.11.1), all of my starting units (even the settler) has all the possible promotions. However, the problem seems to be only in the UI.

Any thoughts on what may be causing this?

Try the things on the common checklist. The usual cause of problems like these is A) multiple versions of a mod in the mods folder or B) incompatibility between different mods. If nothing on the checklist works, could you enable your lua.log file, start the game where you are encountering the issue, then attach your lua.log file to a post here? It should contain error messages whenever there is a problem with the game interface.

Thank you, I think that helped. Try updating Civ V if you are on a PC. If you are on an Apple computer, try the version of the mod I uploaded here: click.

The lua.log file indicates your copy of Civ V is probably from before the Nov 1st official patch that added Grand Temples. The log messages say it cannot find ReligiousPressureModifier, an attribute Firaxis created for Grand Temples.
