On further reflection, horrible as the attack was, I don't think we need any changes, other than the potential increasing mod powers.
All the mods and the admin are doing a great job.

The mods are doing a great job. Other than actually having a life there's no complaining about it. Even the mods have to eat and sleep. There are going to be time when no mods are on. I've actually been on for a good 2 hours without a single mod logging on once(or atleast there wasn't any when I got on and there wasn't any when I got off). I agree that giving all mods the ability to delete picture's etc. would be great, but adding more mods I don't like at all... That's like saying that sense there not doing a good enough job where going to get someone else to work with them.

As disturbing as the incident was, the system works. What was it...15 minutes until someone dealt with it? What more can be expected?
Around here, (a semi-rural area) 15 minutes is great reaction time for the fire companies and ambulance corps (all volunteer by the way)
The mods (all volunteer by the way) have been doing a great job.
