I have been OT Moderator for 19 months now, I could do it alone, so could Lefty.
I don't butt in too other people's juristiction, and I expect the same respect I give the other staff members.
Frankly, it's not the other moderators place to come to OT and moderate, unless it's an extreme case, which are very rare, but I have seen some of them set "policy" in the forums I have authority in, and that is a no-no. The OT isn't like the on topic forums, a differnt approach is needed, and I can't stress this enough, "too many cooks spoil the broth".
I also moderate "all other games", and I have NEVER ONCE had to ban or warn a poster in that area, as I different touch is needed.
We have gotten along just fine as is, but to many people seem to now want to tell me how and where to do this job.
Enough.
