I'd like to make the following recommendations for Ameri:
Civanatoria: Can't expand w/o an aqueduct so why not change a worker from an irrigation to the mined mountain and get IW in 14 instead of 18.
Philly - stop the workers! How about making a Barracks and Rilfemen. Or how about a courthouse?
NY - let the scientist work. WLTK will still be intact.
Paville - CUlture building? Library?
Seattle - Entertainer can go back to work and maintain WLTK.
Atlanta - No happiness improvements for a size 10 city. How about a marketplace or temple?

As culture minister I must recommend that we increase the cultural development in your region. Specifically, our new town of Paville needs to first build a library to enable its citizens to read of our glorious history. In fact, the Culture department would even be willing to pay for that library, if our funding is approved. Second, I hope you will consider switching San Francisco from Marketplace to a University. The cost is the same, but would generate more culture, increasing the pressure on the Chinese. I appreciate your consideration of these requests.

I second the requests of both Chiefpaco and Justus II. I would add that build queue and city optimization are very important powers of a governor. We know you will use them wisely Civanator. If you'd rather start a new thread for Ameri then please do so.
