Does anyone have the skill/time/inclination to create a Prussian civ?
Frederick is lumped in with Bismark as German, but wouldn't it be cool if he had his own historically accurate empire?
Unit could be Grenadier, upgraded to Drill I, +25% against riflemen. Flag would be Black Eagle, c.1750, cities taken from 18th century map...
I think a really good European scenario could be made utilizing the Czech, Serbian, Bulgarian, etc mods already posted, plus Prussia...
