PTW is included in the C3C XP, yes.

Just so you know, there is a stickied Quick Answers thread you can use when you have individual questions like this. You don't have to dig through it for the answer first, just post and someone should answer shortly...

No sweat! Threads are okay for advanced questions and for multiple questions. I only mentioned it because the mods like the yes/no queries to go there to keep down on clutter.
