Public Investigation #7: Refusal to perform duties

unfortunately, I have seen a rapid decline in my posts. Its not in my nature to be confrontive and aggressive on an internet forum (of all places). I need another break at least (probably anger from break-up of long time lady) in any event, I cannot continue until I settle down.
