I believe the judiciary is incapable at the moment of coming to a unanimous decision because the office of Chief Justice is temporarily empty.

If this is to continue it needs to be made clear whether it is a mock or a true trial.

As for this thread, I think we should allow Shaitan to cast his judicial vote in order to (hopefully) put this to rest. Then we can at least be sure what kind of trial it is.

Please note that I am not posting this as a moderator but as a concerned citizen.

I agree with you eyrei. In fact, he had posted his opinion above prior to his Modship, so I think there is no conflict of interest and everyone can move on and kill each other to their hearts content!

Yes, Shaitan & I had basically included our votes of "no merit" in our reviews so I think it's pretty much covered. I simply reiterated mine to make it obvious. If all shaitan is doing is reposting a vote that was essentially cast before his resignation then I see no conflict either.
