The College of the War of Self Detremation would take about four hundred years to complete, but when it did would create much better leaders for the Canadian Army.
On the Iberian penninsula the Basques are destroyed but the Gauls continue to fight and press into the former catalan capital, only a few spanish holdouts defend the southermost parts of the city, the rest has fallen to the gauls.
Sicilians win the war against carthage. After a brutal and viciouls 5 year siege the Sicilans swarm over the city of Carthage and lay waste to it, destroying everything in their path.
The Russians, offering great incentives to the richer Russians in society to expand, expand their territory rapidly to the north and grow their coastline. The increse in icefishing off the coast spurs the economy granting addional funds for the Czar. Next door to Russia the Finns have invaded the Balts and prgressed slowly against determined Baltic resistance.
In Central America the army, in conjunction with the army leaders of Zapotec overthrow the civilan leadership of TGKN, and install a military tribunal, consisting of Zapotec and TGKN generals, this effectivly unites the two nations.
A new leader arises in Macedonia. King Emu takes control of the nation and promises to lead it to glory. To the north the wild barbarian tribes prevent any encroachment by the macedonian settlers and explorers who try to catalog the area and settle it.

China you might want to look at your economy before ordering upgrades. Your economy is dead, so it'd be quite impossible to upgrade your navy.
Also Human-slaughter, if you upgrade economy you can't upgrade anything else, seeing as how you had a dead economy i just upgraded econ for you.
