The war was turning. The Great Khan won major battles against the highly miliateristic Kazan's and almost destroyed them.
But in the East Hutag still grown farther and left their economic lifes to the lifes of war like the rest of the Mongols. Because of that they have not been pushed out of The Khan kingdom.
With the close annexion of Kazan the Khan decided that Mongolia is almost united and he could fully claim the throne as the King of Kings. Temujin have fully changed his name to Genghis Khan.
With the change huge amounts of propeganda were sent into Hutag and Kazan to make the people leave them and join the united forces of Mongolia for a future expanion around the world.
to Kazan, Hutag and All Mongols:
I Temujin khan by that declear that from now I will be called Genghis Khan- King of Kings.
I from now will be the ruler of all Mongolia and anyone we oppose this will know his place soon enough.
to Kazan:
You have been defeated. We do not wish to destory your tribe. We will let your tribes to keep their own autonomy under kazan autonom control if you will finaly agree to a merge. A merge of armies and economies. It could only benefit both os us, why you ask?
1) The war in Kazan lands will end and economic revive could begin.
2) The new army could defeate Hutag that came from far lands.
3) Kazan will keep autonomy.
4) The United economy of both Mongolia and Kazan could much better work to continue expand westward for all of Mongolia that the Kazan's will have more lands to live and prossper.
Not agreeing with this will make the Mongol armies crash Kazan, cancel all it's autonomy and make it nothing more than a Mongolian province. All none-Mongol Kazans will be salved to the Mongolians.

The Kazan were not a Mongolian tribe at the time of the rise of the Great Khan - they did not exist as civilization, tribe or people.
They rose as a Vassal of the Golden Horde - an Mongol Empire successor state, and were later annexed into the Golden Horde; and finally conquered by Muscovy/Russia and remain a part of Russia to this day.
