Well, I'm pretty new for all this modding bussiness, but I can't help but try it. So I did.

I created a map of the accurate civilizations of the time (264 BC) for my mod
Carthage (playable)
Egypt
Rome (playable)
Iberians
Visigoths
Ostrogoths
Hittites
Athenians
Macedonians
Vikings
Celts
Etruscans

And I've got all the required information and images. Where do you come in?

*******WANTED: PYTHON SCRIPTER AND XML SCRIPTER*********

please just answer, but in case you want to know what the jobs will be...

PYTHON: creating the necesary new units (Legionary, Facalta, Carthage Elephants, Gualsmen and Auxilia (like a catafract)) with respective stats and necesities.

XML: putting the unit portraits were they belong, along with the information and all that basic modding stuff.

NOTE: **must be regular civ iv (not warlords) compatible**

Thank you,

I am somewhat busy with the Arda mod right now, but i can try to help(i can XML mod)

really? thanks!!!

just tell me what info and files you need and ill get you them

Whatever you need done (i can't guarentee how fast, because, again, i'm working on the arda mod) I am also not sure about one of the files (CIV4DiplomacyInfos.xml) so i won't do anything with that file.

nah, its all easy stuff. just that whole "attach the leaderhead to the leader" thing. you think you can find time to do that?

Hittites were dead 1000 before this scenario begins.

Of Course

Egypt's fault, right?

Hittites fell to the migrating Sea Peoples. The most important of which was the Phrygians, who established a kingdom in former Hatti.

yeah i heard about that when designing it historically, but i found in a source that there were the last signs of hittite leadership around 300 BC, now no longer largely organized. if not them, who to vacate the penninsula of asia minor (TURKEY)?

Either the Armenians under the Orontid dynasty or the Seleucid Empire. And the peninsula of Asia Minor is called Anatolia.

thanks i guess
