Till the late 18th century Egypt had been part of the struggling,now-gone Ottoman Empire.When Napoleon Bonaparte,First Consul of France,arrived and expelled the Ottomans,the Egyptian gained hope once again.Though Napoleon had to leave soon,the Egyptians rioted and for the first time since 30 B.C. became truly independent again.The new leader,Mohammed Ali,tried to merge the Islam present and the glory and power of the past.While Islam remained state religion,the Pyramids,Sphinxes and Temples were rebuilt,not to insult Allah,but to remind Egypts ancient power.With the help of the French and Germans Egypt managed to reach the same technological and economic level like the Western nation within 15 years.In 1819,Mohammed Ali was declared the New Pharaoh in the ancient metropolis of Thebes.The Pharaoh soon started to make Egypt bigger than ever before.The first were the other Arabs in North Africa,who willingly fled Ottoman tyranny and joined the new Egypt.Till 1835,Mohammed Alis death,all Muslim areas of Africa had united under the Pharaohs banner.His Mahdi warriors spread the word of Allah into regions under European control,like the Ivory Coast,the Gold Coast,the Niger Delta or the Red Sea coast.They marched on until they met backward warriors calling themselves Zulu.Though they were basically no problem for the superior Egyptian forces,the terrain was rainjungle and sent expeditions rarely returned.So the 2nd Pharaoh,Yussuf ben Ali decided in 1837 to hold African expansion and instead turn to the rich lands of Brazil.In 1840 Egyptian soldiers took over the ruined Portuguese city of Recife (Portugal had become part of France after the treaty of Vienna 1814) and in the past 11 years Egyptian soldiers,settlers and scientists have built numerous cities,forts and outposts on the coast and inland,so by now 3,000,000 Egyptians lived in South America.In 1849,Yussuf ben Ali died and his nephew,Ahmed ben Yussuf took over power as the third Pharaoh of the New Egypt.

But I don't think this is going to be much of a problem, as it seems you are on friendly terms with Rome and France too, and maybe you (as well as Persia), could ask for admittance is said alliance as well, to make it stronger.

Wilhelm suddenly got the news of the Russian alliance with the Babylonians, who were surely going to be attacked by a Greco-Persian alliance. This of course is dangerous to the German people, seeing as the Russian belong to the Trans-Arctic alliance, indangering Wilhelm's people near the Greco border with Germany. He was not at all pleased with the Russian Tsar. However, he is an ally, a great ally at that, and Wilhelm always honored those who honored him. He soon prepared 4 letters, 1 to Tsar, 1 to Babylon, and 1 to each Greece and Persia.

When word reached of possible war in Europe reached President Levenson in the White House, he immediately called an emergency council, the EWCOM (European War Committee) to get the facts straight and decide a course of action. After much discussion with the Secretaries of State and Defense, as well as the Joint Chiefs of Staff, a plan was decided upon. This might well be America's chance to make some strong friends in Europe.

Friends, we here in America have heard of the dark times that are falling over Europe. In the event of war against Greece and Persia, we see our Western European ancestors as our brothers. If you must fight, we will fight beside you. We propose an alliance with you in the event of war.
