its some kind of process running on my computer that sometimes lags my system. I can end the process but it always comes back maybe someone can help me with finding its location on my computer so i can delete it manually

so does anyone have any idea what it is?

Right click process > Open file location.

Though I would recommend renaming it first to see if anything goes kaploot before deleting it for good.

Try scanning for malware with something other than AVG.

I'd run the free version of superantispyware along with the online MS Scanner.
