I dont know if this is the proper sub-forum for this question, but how (or is it possible) could I make it so that Tribes/Settlers etc can only be built by barbarians. Any info would greatly help. Thank you.

yeah pretty much. I made it so that no other civs can found cities (by change the cost of settler type units to -1) and I also edited XML on my CPU so that captive civilians can found cities. The only problem is that without being able to produce these types of units, the barbarians cannot either.

I Might like to try this maybe, on a Small map with a Ton of AI on a Pangaea probably would be funny and quite intense, Anyone able to conquer a second city would get a advantage over anyone who doesn't and does make up for a lot of world Conflict

Can you give Barbarians a unique building like regular civ's have? If the barbarians got an auto-build Native Culture (Barbarian) building, you could make that a prereq for settlers and put their costs back to normal hammers. The only problem would be if you play with the Assimilation option on, then conquering a Barbarian city would let you build settlers just like they could.

Not sure if that would be the Case anyhow Nevets, though it would be interesting if that would be indeed the case

Exactly true.

You could make a UU settler for barbarians which has a cost. I think that would work.

However barbarian cities can spawn without the need for settlers.

I have test ran a few games now (up to 800 turns) and still no sign of any barbarians settling any cities (with settler costs set to -1), making me believe that barbs DO need settlers to spawn cities.

Also another question, but is there a way to make cities only razable?
