I know games (computer products) have a certain time line applied to them before they can be downloaded no matter what someone says, a timeline I dont remember. But despite this I belive that one way or an other the game was released to the public by Fixairs.

How come those ******* at ESA (entertainement software association) have the possibility to withdraw a game from the public once it alread had been released.

70 years, I believe. Good luck trying to find 70-year-old software to download. So ESA aren't withdrawing anything that was released to the public, they're just enforcing copyright.
