If i build stonewardens when following the RoK religion then switch out of it, do i lose the stonewardens? What about higher level priests (don't know the name off the top of my head)? Is it the same for all religions? is it possible to have a stonewarden and a priest of leaves at the same time if you were RoK, built the stonewarden, then switched to FoL and built the priest of leaves?
If i am neutral and build druids then switch away from neutral, do i lose my druids?

Thanks,
I.

You do not lose the lower-level priest units (stonewardens, priests of leaves, etc.) if you change religions but you do lose the higher-level priest units (profane, prior, etc.). (You also lose the hero for that religion.) Interestingly, although you lose the high-priests, you don't lose inquisitors.

So if you've built a stonewarden and then switch from RoK to something else, you won't lose the stonewarden. Which means that you can have both stonewardens and priests of leaves.

You won't lose druids if you change your alignment. The same is true for paladins and eidolons.

So you can freely change religions and alignments and get a variety of priest units. (Works best if you're playing a spiritual leader, obviously.) Since you won't lose inquisitors, one strategy is to upgrade priests from different religions to inquisitors, so you can have access to tier 3 divine spells from different spheres.

I haven't tried -- but I think there is still a limit of 3 inquisitors, regardless of religion. (Inquisitor is the same upgrade from all different priest types, right? Only adding the third level?). Inquisitors are better than high priests anyway, since they can capture units.
