Question about using vanilla maps in ptw....

I've started a game in vanilla, and like the map. Is there any *easy* way to use the same map in ptw, without simply doing a tile by tile custom map copy?

In other words, is there any way to "transfer" the map to ptw???

Check out this thread. It will be able to extract the world seed, and then you can load that in PTW via the editor. Not sure if you can load a seed from the PTW game settings screen....

The easiest way to import the Map to PTW is:
1. Run PTW and select Load Game
2. Scroll up to the top of the window and double click on the bent arrow folder
3. This will take you up one level to the PTW directory
4. Double Click on the bent arrow folder again to get to the Civ3 directory
5. Double Click on the Saves folder
6. Select the Game with the map you want and Click Load
7. Save the loaded game. It will save in PTW format.

I don't recall PTW having a world seed input. Isn't that a C3C inovation?
